The Windsor Cross Country team improved to 4-0 on both the boys' and girls' sides with NBL wins on Tuesday at Rancho Cotate in Rohnert Park.

JUNIOR VARSITY BOYS: As the team's first ten finishers were designated as Varsity, David Kvamme was credited with the JV win in a time of 19:17.3. Steven Vail and Robert Carrillo were right behind in 19:19 and 19:21, respectively.
VARSITY GIRLS: Lilja Chung cruised to a win in 20:13, 39 seconds ahead of second place Elsa Nolen. The Jaguars earned a 1-through-5 sweep with Erin O'Mara, Ava Smith, and Nataleigh Johnson all finishing before Rancho's top runner.
VARSITY BOYS: With Ben Kvamme out-kicking the Cougars' #1 runner, the Jaguars earned the first four spots in the Varsity Boys race. Hunter Larson was first in a confident 16:27.2, ten seconds ahead of Landon McAlister. Dustin Smith (2nd), Kevin Manni (6th), Max Hidalgo (7th), and Tallen Theiss (8th) rounded out the Windsor top seven.
